Client signs the Agreement only when the client is comfortable moving forward. The Agreement can be canceled at anytime with no penalties.

Client is introduced to the team member that will be their personal rep/point person to move the gathering of information forward. Client also determines who their point person is.

Client gives copies of 1-2 months of invoices from current vendors from whatever expense categories the client wants to start with.

Our experts spend whatever time needed to analyze the situation, to determine if the client can save money.

Report is presented that will either show a savings, or show the expense is already as low as possible. Either way there is no risk and it is a win.

Our experts then implement the savings the client deserves to have.

Client is kept up-dated of when they should see the savings. As well as throughout the entire process.

After client communicates to Expense Recovery Group that they see a savings, an invoice for fees owed will be sent to client per the Agreement.

Client pays the invoice. Then each month there is a savings an invoice will be issued to client for a fixed period of time.
